Terms of Service

You may only create profiles for a child for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or for whom you have the guardian's permission. You are responsible for deciding what information about the child is entered and for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction. Children do not hold ArcFolio accounts.

ArcFolio organizes evidence that parents record and confirm. It is not an independent verifier and does not audit or authenticate achievements. You agree that everything you record is truthful and that any instructor or coach note you enter reflects what was actually said. Do not present ArcFolio output as third-party certification.

• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not enter another family's information without authority to do so.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, profiles or share links that do not belong to you, or to enumerate, scrape or probe share tokens.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Share links are unguessable and expire after the period you choose (7, 30 or 90 days), and you can rotate or revoke them at any time. While a link is active, anyone who has it can view the curated profile without signing in. You are responsible for who you send links to and for revoking a link when it is no longer needed.

Inviting a co-parent grants that person the ability to view and manage the same children's profiles and achievements. Invite only people you trust, and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.

ArcFolio makes no promise that using the service will affect any school admission, scholarship, team selection, or other outcome. Institutions set their own criteria and may disregard material produced here.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and we may set reasonable usage limits. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

You may stop using ArcFolio and delete your content or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used unlawfully, or creates risk for other users or the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ArcFolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

If we update these terms we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
