What to write to us about
- Account access, sign-in and password reset trouble
- Requesting a copy of your family's data, or correcting something inaccurate
- Deleting a profile, an achievement, or your whole account
- Reporting a share link that should no longer be active
- Questions about the LightArc import or co-parent access
Helping us respond faster
Write from the email address on your ArcFolio account and tell us the child alias involved (never a full legal name). We reply during normal business days.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, email us with the details and steps to reproduce it. Please do not access another family's data while investigating.
